Meditation in simple words can be defined as total relaxation, of the mind and the body. Mental health leads to a physical well being, while a healthy body helps to keep a healthy frame of mind as well. Few numbers of your physical diseases are often related to these delicate problems. And these problems can be overcome by Meditation. There is a famous saying, “Medication heals the body from outside and Meditation heals it from inside.”The easiest way of medicating is by lying down, sitting on the ground or on a chair, in a comfortable position. Eyes should be closed and noises should be eliminated to reduce external motivations. Soft music, aids relaxation. Yoga, visualization, muscular relaxation and other mental relaxation techniques can be practiced.Regular meditation helps to overcome, insomnia, reduces hypertension, migraine, depression, anxiety and other psychological illness.

Eye The eyes are the organs which perform one of the most important functions in the human body. In conjunction with the brain, they allow us to see, recognize, remember and react to objects and people around us.Eyes examinations are must annually .Protective glasses should be worn to keep your eyes away from dirt, dust, sharp objects, heat and etc. Make sure your eye makes –ups are not expired. Hands should be properly washed before putting on contact lenses, and those who wear them regularly should have short nails instead of long and sharp. It is always safe to watch television from at-least 10 feet distance. If irritation occurs instead of rubbing it vigorously they should be washed off with clean water. Always read in clear light and try resting your eyes for 10-15 mins in every 2 hours, during work, reading or watching television.
